The Rural Health Clinic is located in the Wayne County Hospital at 166 Hospital Street in Monticello.  When you need quality primary care and follow up care...we're here for you.  The Rural Health Clinic is available for walk-ins and primary care appointments.

• Open 7 days a week, evenings and weekends.
