Position: Dietitian
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary: Plans, coordinates, and implements nutritional care for patients according to physician diagnoses. Provides nutritional assessments, screenings, and counseling to patients and, or families. Maintains accurate clinical records and ensures the proper documentation. Possible availability for Outpatient Diet Instruction with Physician Referral.
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian; Licensed Dietitian with the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in the dietetic related field.
- Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Collaboration with nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
- Experience in hospital dietitian role preferred.
