Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Reports to Lynn Pittman, Dietician

Job Summary:

Accountable for assisting with patient and cafeteria food menus, budget control, PI Indicators, food orders, and employee scheduling. Limited patient screenings will be performed as well. Assists with preparation of foods, including catered hospital functions. Maintains high standards in personal hygiene and food handling practices, including meeting cleaning schedules and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment.

Schedule: Full-time with possible weekend coverage.

Experience: Certified Dietary Manager or can obtain within six months.
