Position: Maintenance Tech
Job Type: Fulltime
Reports to: Kevin Bell, Manager
Job Summary: Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the hospital in good repair.
Performs general grounds and building related duties, minor electrical work, mechanical repairs and other duties relating to maintenance duties.
Must be available for on call and weekend and evening work as needed.
Requirements:
- High School or GED minimal.
Skills:
- Experience in electrical, plumbing and HVAC preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
