Position: CNA
Type: Fulltime Position 7am-7pm
Summary: The CNA is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care within the CNA scope of practice under the direction of the RN/LPN. The CNA duties will consist of performing and reporting vital signs, reporting changes in the patient’s clinical condition, collecting specimens, obtaining weights, and assisting with any medical needs of the patient such as ambulating patients, assisting with reposition, lifting and transporting. The CNA is also responsible for assisting the patient in meeting their basic needs such as, feeding, offering fluids for hydration, delivering nutritional snacks, bathing, dressing, grooming, providing bathroom assistance, incontinent care, changing bed lines, maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, patient privacy, post-mortem care and documentation of all the above. The CNA is responsible for various other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

- Possess Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Qualifications:
- CNA License “current” nurse licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky
