Position Information:

Title: APRN

Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing acute and primary health care services for acute or chronic health conditions while focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, compliance and counseling. Provides delivery of care in accordance with scope and standards of practice and adheres to the clinic policy and procedures. Exhibits and demonstrates the mission and values of the organization. Must be able to treat all patients ranging in age from newborn to adults. All APRN’s will be working under the direct supervision of a physician.

Education: Master’s Degree (MSN) in Family Nurse Practitioner required: graduate of an accredited NP program. Active Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license. Previous 1+ years experience preferred. Current BLS.

Schedule: PRN – 12 hour Monday –Thursday shifts (8a-8p).

Occasionally will require weekend shifts. Holiday rotation.
